Senior Ticket Distribution

The GreyStone Amphitheater is offering senior tickets for Departure on May 2, 2026. Please read the instructions below to ensure you meet the eligibility requirements and follow the correct process for ticket distribution.

• Start Date: Friday, March 20
• End Date: Friday, April 24 (or until all tickets are claimed.)
• Location: City Hall, Finance Department
• Address: 6758 Spring Street, Douglasville, GA 30134
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  (Please note: City Hall will be closed on Friday, July 4th)

Ticket Availability:

• A maximum of 200 tickets will be available.
• Tickets will be distributed from Eventbrite within 48 business hours of your request.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be 64 years or older to qualify for senior tickets.
• Must live within the city limits of Douglasville.
  You can verify your address using our GIS website.
• A maximum of 2 tickets per person will be issued for the Departure Concert on May 2, 2026.
• The address on your photo ID will be used to verify your eligibility. No other forms of verification will be accepted.
• You must provide a valid email address to receive your Eventbrite e-tickets.

Important Instructions:

• Only the individual claiming the tickets will be able to receive them.
• The person claiming the tickets must meet the eligibility requirements stated above (age and address verification).
• Please bring a valid photo ID (such as a driver’s license) that matches the address you’ve provided.

Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis until the maximum of 200 tickets is reached. Make sure to visit City Hall at 6758 Spring Street during the designated dates and hours to claim your tickets.
